Share links now work for any published app

Anyone with a share link can open a published app and sign in to view it — no need for the creator to flip on anonymous access first. Signed-in people you've granted access to (by email) land directly in the app instead of hitting a 404, and the sign-in prompt now appears on the correct screen so the share token isn't lost.
