New AI call quotas replace credits

Runtime AI calls now count against a simple monthly quota per plan instead of per-call credits. Credit packs, auto-refill, referrals, signup grants, creator payouts and billing history are gone. Billing shows AI usage directly, and plans are priced by AI calls, email, and team features.
