Generated apps can now delete files

Until now, once a file was created in your app it could never be removed — old files lingered as dead code, got sent to the model as context on every run, and drifted out of sync with the rest of your app. Generations can now properly delete files, keeping your codebase lean and your app easier for the AI to reason about.
