Redesigned app grid and richer app icons on mobile

The mobile launcher now uses an even 4-column grid that fills the screen width edge-to-edge, with tile and icon sizes that scale cleanly across phones and tablets. App icons also render with the same gradient used on the web, so tiles look vibrant instead of flat.
