More reliable app rendering

We retired the legacy frontend assembly path in favor of the modern esbuild-based bundler everywhere — seed apps, examples, and live apps. This fixes a class of "app already declared" and blank-app failures (including some content ACL and comments regressions), and ensures apps with only a bare App function still render correctly.
