Bigger, mobile-friendly tap targets

Buttons, inputs, selects, checkboxes, radios, and switches now grow to a comfortable 44px touch target on mobile and shrink back to a compact size on desktop. Dialog footers stick to the bottom of the screen on mobile with full-width actions, making forms and confirmations far easier to use on phones.
